Enjoy the Finest Food and Wine Pairings in a Private Château Setting

Several times a year, Pleasantdale Château opens its doors to host a very special evening of wine and food. In the past, these have included a Taste of Tuscany Wine Dinner featuring Master of Wine Mark de Vere and Ruffino wines, the Wines of New Zealand Dinner featuring Matt Large, winemaker of Kim Crawford Wines, and others.

Chef Robert Albers pairs the chosen wines with seasonally and in most cases, regionally appropriate dishes that are equally approachable and innovative.

Seating for these wine dinners is limited, and is available on a first come, first serve basis with advance reservations required.
