Pleasantdale Chateau's luxurious
event space offers innumerable options and a spectacular

dinners to gala receptions, Pleasantdale Chateau

The new, classically designed octagonal Grand
Ballroom is unique in the United States, perhaps
even the world! A vaulted ceiling spans the rotunda, and
after reaching sublime heights, is capped by a glass
dome, while walls are richly paneled in damask to blend
with ivory-draped tables. Grandly appointed, it is a
splendid venue for the most regal of affairs.
The Music Room,
with its charming "Juliet" balcony, is the
perfect party room. It accommodates up to 100 guests for
a sit-down dinner, or 60 guests when the dance floor is
used. One of the prettiest rooms in this 19th century
mansion, the Music Room is used as the cocktail
reception area for weddings held in the Grand
Ballroom.
The Mediterranean-style Fountain
Room is furnished with soft leather sofas and
bullion-fringed velvet side chairs blending greens and
golds, chosen to lend the room warmth as well as emulate
the look of its earlier days. The Fountain Room serves
as a gathering place and leads to the Orangerie,
a beautiful indoor garden passageway with copious exotic
blooms. This vibrant greenery leads to a
wing with facilities perfect for executive retreats.

compare with one at San Simeon Castle in California.
