Several times throughout the year, Chef Albers works with leading winemakers and wine distributors to develop seasonally appropriate, 5-course dinner menus that pairs perfectly with the wines chosen for a particular event. Fashion & Beauty Week
Fashion & Beauty Week 2011 - where beauty and fashion collide on the runway - is quickly becoming New Jersey's most prestigious lifestyle event. Not only will it include runway shows featuring top seasoned and emerging designers, but also a full cocktail dinner, wine tasting, high-end accessories showcase, beauty bar, silent auction, VIP/press lounge and more. Open to the public, attendees are invited to mingle with actors, fashion and beauty editors as well as noable celebrity stylists and industry personalities. This event will take place on October 3-4 at Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange and will raise money for the Diabetes Research Institute while showcasing New Jersey as it really is - a beautiful state with high fashion people, places and style.
